Accounts

You sign in with Google. Accounts are approved by Acuario or by your local distributor before they become active, and we may decline or disable an account.

Keep your sign-in secure and your contact details accurate — we use them to reach you about your service, and a wrong number or address can delay a visit. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access to your account.

What the app does

The app shows information about your systems, visits, quotes, invoices and payments, and lets you request service and contact your distributor. Referral partners can submit referrals, follow their status and request payment of commissions.

Availability of systems, service coverage and scheduling depend on your region and on the local distributor.

Quotes, prices and payments

The app does not quote prices for systems. Prices, installation quotes and any adjustments are confirmed by your local distributor, and a quote is only final once they confirm it in writing.

Deposits, balances and service payments are handled by your distributor. Where a payment is made online, it is processed by our payment provider; we do not store your card or full bank details.

Referral partners and commissions

A referral earns a commission only when the referred sale is completed and confirmed. The commission amount, and the conditions that apply, are set in your agreement with the distributor responsible for that region — the app records and displays them, but the agreement governs.

Your assigned distributor pays your commission. Payment timing depends on that distributor and on the referral reaching a paid, confirmed state.

Refer people honestly. Do not submit a referral without the person's knowledge, do not submit false or duplicate referrals, and do not present yourself as an employee of Acuario or promise prices, discounts or delivery dates on our behalf.

Acceptable use

Use the app only for its intended purpose and only for the accounts and regions you are authorised to see. Do not attempt to access other people's data, disrupt the service, or copy information out of the app for a competing purpose.

Information about other people that you enter — for example a referred client's contact details — must be information you are entitled to share.

The in-app assistant

The app includes an automated assistant that answers questions about our systems and service. It can make mistakes and it does not quote prices. Nothing it says is a binding offer; your distributor confirms what applies to your situation.

Content and ownership

The app, its design and its content belong to Acuario. Files you upload — photos, receipts, documents — remain yours, and you give us permission to store and use them to deliver the service described here.

Service availability

We work to keep the app available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we may change or suspend features. We are not responsible for losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, and nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Mexican consumer law.

Ending access

You may stop using the app at any time and ask us to close your account. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached or if an account is used in a way that harms customers, partners or Acuario.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. If we change them we will update the date at the top of this page and, when the change is significant, tell you in the app.
